Empress Couture Refund Policy
We maintain a 7-day return policy. Which means, you have 7 days from receiving your item(s) to request
a return. As long as you have sent us an email within the 7-day time frame. We will be able to validate
your return. Not all returns will be accepted, most often, only exchanges will be accepted, and a store
credit will be issued. The customer is solely responsible for all shipping cost of returns/exchanges.
To be considered for a return/exchange, your item should be in the same condition it was received.
Which means, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also
required.
To start a return/exchange, you may contact support@empresscouture.com. Make sure to please
include your order number, name of the item(s) you would like to return, along with the reason for
requesting your return. If the return is accepted, we will send you our return address, along with
instructions for sending your parcel. Any items sent back to us without a return request, will not be
accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your item(s) are shipped, USPS/UPS is solely responsible for your package. For this reason, we do not
cover the costs or any lost or stolen packages. In any event that your item is missing, please contact
USPS/UPS with your tracking number, so they can further assist you. We provide no refunds or replacements
for any lost or stolen packages.
Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. Such as jewelry, lingerie, swimsuits, bodysuits, etc. For sanitary reasons.
If the item is a final sale, it will be stated online, next to the item when you make your purchase.
As well as sale/clearance items, items purchased during a promotion, or items purchased with a gift card
may not be returned or exchanged.
